I will simply say that it was delightful working with David Gent. He did the work, I did the learning. He is so knowledgeable. He knows the science behind the machine. I learned a lot. All of it helpful, because I like to know how things work. He also gave me simple tips how I can help maintain the machine (air conditioner) in good order. He gets lots of stars and lots of thanks.
